The replacement base nut for the Warp 9 stem lock, in the fender mount style. Use it on forks with no fender mount tabs on the lower triple clamp. Its two threaded holes take the Warp 9 front fender adapter, sold separately.

If your bike came with a factory fender mount, use the no-fender base nut instead.
